What Is FLIGBY?
FLIGBY (Flow Is Good Business for You) is a leadership simulation based on the work of Dr. Fero’s doctoral mentor, Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi, and his world renowned theory, Flow. Participants lead a virtual team, make real decisions, and receive a personalized analysis of their leadership style.
What It Measures
Through your actions in the simulation, FLIGBY measures you on 29 of the most impactful leadership dimensions. At the conclusion of gameplay, a 42 page report is generated identifying your scores on the dimensions, recommendations, and a guide to developing your skills in the following areas:
